What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with someone new, we will go over what exactly they are seeking. For instance, I will gather some information about the preferred style of decor if decorating the interior of a home or office space. I will also get an idea of their personality. You don't want bright loud colors for a more reserved like personality. Maybe it's a home staging, I'll look over the space, so I have an idea of what will be needed to put together an inviting feel with style and class but always at budget prices if not free. If shopping for clothes, we will go over their current selection of style, what are they wanting to change. Personality plays a big role. Budget. Occasion. Etc.
