Had a great experience with Anton and his crew. I bit off more than I could chew with a DIY project, and needed to finish tiling our entry way. He came out, provided a fair quote, was able to schedule us fairly quickly, and did an incredible job making the project I had started look professional. His attention to detail is second to none, he took the time to do the job right and didn’t cut any corners. He also installed a complicated herringbone mosaic and ledger stone on our fireplace. He made good design recommendations throughout the project, as my wife and I hadn’t fully thought through some of the details. Anton is true professional, and even called to thank me for my business after the project wrapped up. I will definitely work with him again on our upcoming remodels!

Anton’s company did a great job... they really are a PRO tile service. The guys were hardworking friendly, and wanted to ensure the tile looked perfect! They were super efficient with the demo and install and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

Anton performed several repairs for us including drywall patching, tile replacement, redo closet floor and hardwood repairs. His work is very high quality. He provided a detailed quote with cost breakdown before work started. During work everyone wore masks for COVID, put down drop clothes to minimize the mess, removed shoes when muddy and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommended.

Anton did an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash! He was very detailed and even followed up a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the work. We would definitely use Shark Tile LLC again on a future project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any home is different end every customer have different expectations.So I prefer to do estimate on the job side, I want fit to customer budget end expectations with out any surprise of price changing after all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the area that need to be repaired or where is new product need to be installed. With customer we work on design of layout and new materials. Customer receive detailed estimate with break down cost of materials and labor. Everything is disclosed upfront. Scheduling a time frame for the project. Completing the job to a customer satisfaction in timely matter as agreed. Reviewing final product with the customer and collecting remaining balance. Follow up call confirming customer satisfaction.
