FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
when ordering a door the customer is expected to put half down and pay the rest on the date of installation. if this isn't something that can be achieved we can usually work with the customer and set up a payment plan that works best for them. for service calls ( repairs, adjustments, etc) we will usually send out an invoice either by mail or email this is expected to paid within 30 days upon receival unless otherwise agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call us with information like name and address, phone number, email and information on the job we can usually have an estimate put together within the next 48hrs we may like to come out and take a look at the job before hand. when ordering a door you can expect two weeks until the door arrives this gives the customer plenty of time to get the garage and or work area cleaned up and ready for us to come out and work. installs typically take 2 to 5 hours depending on the circumstances of the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my father started this company after years of working in construction my brother and i have been following in his footsteps since we were about 12 going on small jobs and learning the trade until we had become confident enough to work on our own. we also attend classes put on by our product suppliers at least once a year.
