- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm offering a promotional facial for the first time client. It is a Vitamin C facial with a signature facelift peel great to get rid of that outer surface of the skin that causes the skin to be dull and dehydrated. This treatment is $60.00 (regular price $120.00)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I'm working with a new customer I like to get to know his or her needs and what there goals are with starting a skin care routine. Then I will analyze and go over what their best program should be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Esthetician for 19 years and have kept up with not only the holistic approach to skin but also the medical side of esthetics. I believe there has to be balance in your life as well as the skin.
