- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing after the phone call is a free estimate face to face, we don't like to give prices over the phone. The 2nd step going through the job with the client and answering any question or concern. Last is pricing, we stand behind our price and don't go higher then what was agreed. Providing what was agreed upon and leaving the job site clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a contractor license by the California board and training of 4 years before opening my own company.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was a kid in my parents house, studied for five years at school.
