'It's Your Life' Coaching and Consulting

My academic background (Ph.D. in Sociology/Graduate Certificate in Feminist Theory) and 3 decades of holistic practice allow me to approach pre- and perinatal psychology, pregnancy and birth trauma, relationships, family violence, and women's empowerment and wellness in unique and complimentary ways. I am also a certified family mediator and Reiki Master. I work with individuals and groups, conduct trainings for organizations/corporations, and do public speaking. I find great satisfaction in seeing individuals empower themselves, realize their potential, and generate a sense of emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
