- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe any successful project outcome is directly related to having a solid understanding of requirements and objectives. Our pricing is an estimate based on our history of what we understand to be similiar work based on your posting. We provide a 10% discount to companies responding within 1 day of our proposal response.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a phone conversation, face to face (sometimes via Zoom or other meeting platform) or in person if you're in our area. Depending upon the project, we may have a list of questions/requirements for you to complete prior to meeting to ensure we've addressed all the requirements of the project. We then get to work and create an agreed upon project schedule and get a 'project kickoff' scheduled. Work begins, check-points are scheduled and depending upon the complexity of the project, we may assign a project manager to assist with coordination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Fine Art and Graphic Design at The Art Institute of Chicago and Southern Illinois University.
