- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our competitive pricing is based on labor and materials plus 10% overhead & 10% profit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will setup an appointment by phone or email then visit their property for an initial inspection. I will talk with the customer to see what their desires and budget are and come up with a plan that fits. We don't start work until all questions are answered and costs addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our techs are IICRC trained and certified. We require annual training and continuing education to remain certified.
