- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think I'm reasonable, and try to be competitive, but before I price a job I want to see what's expected. I have always heard you get what you pay for and I always try and do the best job I possibly can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First call customer to schedule a day and time to meet to check out the property, while checking out the place try and get a run down on what is expected, agree on pricing and date to start the job, clean, and finally receive paymemt
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aid and Assist @ home was a home health facility. I was employed there from 2007-2009 and one of the most important daily responsibilities was to clean, so you could keep germs down.
