- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge in four week intervals. Three days a week for four weeks is 150.00. I also have package deals, such as 12 weeks at 400.00. Some clients ask for 6 months or a year upfront. Prices vary according to how many days a weeks a person wants.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?23 years ago right out of high school I was asked to manage a gym. I fell in love with working out and eating healthy. I started studying exercise and nutrition, and have been training ever since. I no regrets about my career choice in that I have been so blessed to see so many people live a much healthier life. 😊
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?A client that I have been working with for a little over a year has increased her muscle mass considerably. She had went from pressing 15lb dumbbells to pressing 45lb dumbbells. She also has lost over 15lbs, and remains encouraged to continue a healthy lifestyle. She is doing GREAT!!
