- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have both square foot #'s and also hourly rates for jobs that are complicated or just easier this way to get threw what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to know them and them to know and trust me. When its time to start the job, 1st and most important is to protect all of home owners property. Then to get areas prepped for finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training came from hands on work. Which i think is best. 30 + years ago I started as a prep man in a industrial setting ( I B M ) . After a while i was promoted up the ladder. I moved on to painting smoke and water damages ,there i learned so much because of a great boss. In 1990 i started working for a commercial/ residential company and ater 4 or 5 years i was supervising 4 people ,painting big jobs. Then ten yrs. later i went out on my own.
