- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I examine the job per description. If I can see the project in person, it helps to be more accurate as some descriptions are not always accurate. Then I evaluate the time and materials to make a total quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible, I see the project in advance which helps me know for sure what I'm getting into. It also allows the customer to meet me and build a rapport.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is hands on experience since 1995 with painting, wallpaper installation and removal.
