- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is the will reach out to us to schedule a Home Inspection. You can do this by simply booking online 24/7 from your computer or smart phone. You can also call or email us. We will arrange a good time to come out to your property with either you present or not. We will conduct a thorough and detailed inspection of your new home. Upon completion of the inspection, we will go over our findings with you visually and verbally. You will receive a comprehensive written report within 24 hours or less that includes photos and video of any issues that may be cause for concern.

We are a trained member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Member # 261861 Additionally I am a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with the International Association of Home Inspectors (INTERNACHI)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
First time homebuyers, seasoned homebuyers and investors.
