- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can increase depending on the breed, condition of coat, and if there are any fleas present. Additional charges may occur if the dog is especially difficult and we need 2 groomers to finish the groom.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for a new customer is acquiring basic information on the owner and pet. We also require rabies certificate for the pet.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend calling to make an appointment at least a week in advance.
