- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are negotiable and fair. I'd be willing to barter. I didnt choose this profession for the money, but rather for an opportunity to help people in need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i Try to diagnose the problem over the phone. And then give the customers options on how to best resolve the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice for 5 years and received my journeyman license shortly after, followed by my master plumbers license.
