Scott was very informative on what service he was providing and provided me with tips on how to maintain it myself. I've had AquaQuip service provide similar service at a more expensive cost where 'Hot Tub Guy' provided the same quality of service at a more reasonable price and without pushing any products for me to maintain the cleanliness of my spa. Scott is amazing! Our hydrotherapy tank went down and we couldn't find anyone to fix it. Scott came in and within the day learned how everything worked and had the tank fixed. If you have a hot tub with problems, Scott is the man to call!
