- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project I work on is different. It would not be fair to my customers to stick to a standard pricing system considering all the variables I encounter. This allows me to give my customers the best quality work for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I bid on a new project I will fist meet with the customer at the site to make sure that all of the variables in the project are addressed up front. It also gives me an opportunity to learn the desires of the customer so that I can complete the project totally to their satisfaction. I present my bid personally to the customer and begin work as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing construction since I was 12 years old when we did a complete remodel of our own home. It was a tremendous learning experience. As an adult I have had 11 years of construction experience and am certified by Intertek Installation Masters as a Master Installer for Residential and Light Commercial Windows and Exterior Doors.
