Like the way Ernesto do business. Very professional. Did exactly was quoted even though it was quoted as time and material. Bonus point for taking all the before and after pictures. Will definitely use again in the future.

I called Arctik Rose after my tenant notified me that her furnace wasn't working. Ernesto showed up right at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and called me to let me know he found a part that was physically broken. He told me how much the part was and even had one in his truck. All in all I think he was there for less than an hour. Bing bang boom, he was in and out and the furnace was back up and running he even changed my filter while he was there(not a big deal I know).
All for $160.00 and I was able to pay him with PayPal which for me was great since I live two hours and a ferry ride away from my rental property. I'm so pleased with his service that I've added him to my contacts list in case I ever need anything else. I don't usually leave reviews for things like this but he definitely deserved one.

We hired Ernesto for an interior painting project. Ernesto is awesome to work with. His quotes were very competitive. He is meticulous and this shows in the quality of his work. We were very pleased with his work and have already hired him again for other projects (HVAC, painting).

Ernesto arrived on time, made sure he provided explainations during the service. Reasonable price for the service. Did a good job with the cleaning of both the furnace and the AC unit. Highly recommend.
