FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin the process by determining exactly what the customer wants. If the customer has a vague idea, we spend time looking at designs, figuring out what elements the customer wants to incorporate, and how we can make those elements blend into a seamless design within their budget. Once we have the design planned, I have my factory do a detailed drawing, to scale, and determine the exact cost of the design. If changes need to be made to the drawing, we will make changes until the design is absolutely perfect. Then, and only then, will the customer be asked for a 50% deposit. As soon as the deposit is collected, the custom piece of jewelry will begin production!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone from young couples designing their first engagement ring, to couples celebrating an important anniversary, to people looking to commemorate an occasion or memorialize a loved one. We take pride in our ability to accommodate a wide range of tastes and budgets.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's extremely important to find a jewelry designer who understands and can clearly communicate your vision. If you have a difficult time verbalizing what's in your head, they need to be able to ask the right questions. Details are critical, and quality of materials is not something that can be overlooked if you want a finished product that will last a lifetime. Finding a designer that understands these key points is the key to getting that perfect piece of jewelry.
