Mike was very quick to respond and seemed very knowledgeable. We agreed on a price, a date, and had everything set to go. Then, he sent me some pictures of a project he had started to do for me (one of a few handyman projects). But then he he cancelled twice on dates due to potential weather/weekend issues, and then contacted me the following Monday and said he was too busy. Mike seems like a great guy but in my mind when you give someone a bid, accept that bid, and supposedly start service you shouldn't just cancel because you get jobs that are better (or bigger).
