They were amazing! Quickly responded to my "project!" And set up an appt promptly. Upon arrival, they were accommodating and friendly. They worked extremely well with my fiesty anxious cat. She was calm and perfectly groomed upon completion of appt! I will be a return customer!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by breed and hair type and weight. It also depends if your fur baby's coat is matted. Either way we are here to make them feel great and look pawtastic.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions regarding the groom. Whether or not your fur baby likes it. What they don't like. If they have any allergies. We also ask that your bring proof that your pet is current on the rabies vaccine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a petsmart professional master groomer and I now have 10 years of experience.
