Introduction: Mădălina Petric Piano Studio offers Piano Lessons for ALL AGES and ABILITIES. Mrs. Petric is also experienced in working with musically gifted children as well as those pursuing piano as a career.

Mrs. Mădălina Petric is a native of Baia Mare, Romania, and she began studying piano at the age of four. During her piano studies in Romania, she obtains several prizes to the national piano competitions, participating in class recitals, music festivals and performing Mozart Piano Concerto at the age of sixteen with Satu Mare Orchestra. An advocate of music, Mădălina has presented numerous solo piano recitals and chamber music recitals. She is very passionate about teaching piano, starting her career as a piano teacher and piano accompanist in 1998 at the Music Public School from her hometown. In 2003 her work was rewarded with a Teaching Excellence Award “for exemplary dedication leaning and commitment to educational excellence.” In 2004 she moved to the United States, and she continued her musical studies at George Mason University. She is a grateful scholarship recipient of a Mason School of Music Scholarship Award and a winner of the 2015 Honor Recital at George Mason University. In the past years, she performed in feature recitals from George Mason University, and she performed as an invited artist to various performing events.
Currently, she teaches piano in her piano studio located in Fairfax, VA. She also is an active member of the Music Teachers National Association, and she serves as a chair and adjudicator in piano competitions and festivals. Mrs. Petric serves as a Chair for Piano Ensemble Competition and Festival in Northern Virginia.
