- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Special consideration will be made for unemployed or financially stressed clients. Also the more services you purchase, the lower the overall rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to learn more about my client's situation and their job aspirations. Our clients can either complete a resume intake form or preferably we will take the intake verbally. We set a timeline for a first draft and typically it takes two or three revisions until we deliver an exceptional targeted resume.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unlike many career coaches, we have direct experience as a hiring manager and mentor. We understand what managers are looking for and our resumes have a high degree of success in attracting employers.
