What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $35-45 dollars per mover for each hour they work. I promise you will be more than satisfied with our work we make it our duty to make your move a stress free environment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is first sending you a quote and if you have hopefully replied and need services we will discuss the move in/out date and time you need the move done. Also discuss exactly what is being moved so we can figure out what size truck and what other things we need to best serve your moving job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training through UHAUL. Believe it or not there is something called UHAUL University and I got training through that outlet and have got my certificate for being a trained mover.
