I have worked with Lisa West several times, for both residential and commercial real estate purchases and rentals. She is an absolute Go-Getter! She is perfectly charming to spend time with, yet when it comes time to "make the deal" she is a fierce, no nonsense Warrior who has always saved me thousands of dollars on the offers. I like people who "tell it like it is"...and she is quite forthcoming with details on listings, and also offers excellent ideas for ways to improve the property for little or no extra out of pocket expense. Lisa is a true Winner!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers don't pay a thing. So if you're looking for help buying a house, there's no cost to you! If you want to sell your house the typical fee is 6% of the selling price. 3% goes to the listing office and 3% goes to the real estate agency who brings in the buyer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can discuss your real estate needs in a preliminary phone call but ultimately a face to face meeting is needed--especially if you have a house to list! I have however, listed and sold homes for out-of-state owners who I've never actually met! Give me a key to the property and I'll get sold!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed Realtor with 15 years of experience in the Rochester area. I've also sold homes beyond Rochester, e.g. Cayuga Lake, Sodus Point, Honeoye Lake. I've also spent several years in the new home construction business and have experience in land acquisition and development.
