We asked Paul to come and re-face our dated hearth. We only had an idea of what we wanted, but Paul was able to work with our vague vision to make it come to life. He not only brought to life what we had dreamed, but he also suggested elements (like the crown molding on top) to add a sense of time and elegance.
In regards to his time in our home, he was always prompt, polite, and respectful of our house. He cleaned up after the work day so well that it was often hard to tell he had been there at all. With a mom of a toddler, I appreciated that tools and other possibly dangerous things for a young boy weren't laying around.
I have had one other craftsman in my house. He was a fine worker; however, Paul work ethic blew him out of the water. He was able to come to our house very soon after we secured his services and he worked non-stop. His obvious sense of pride in his work seemed to spur him on.
He gave us a fair and, in the end, accurate quote. I know often times added costs occur with remodeling, but he worked with us to keep it within our budget. Both my husband and I felt a strong sense of integrity and pride in the way Paul handled all elements of this process. We have some home remodeling plans for the future. Paul is the only service we will be calling to meet those needs.

Pavel made beautiful wood cornices for my family room and kitchen.
He went beyond my expectations and added trim and hardware for curtains.
They are beautiful and I'm thrilled with the finished look!

My wife and I have remodeled 3 houses the past 25 years and have dealt with many contractors ranging from barely competent to very good. Paul is the only one I would say is outstanding. He is a craftsman that will work till the final finished product is perfect. In our case, he completely renovated and 8×15 master bath which went down to the studs. The tile work, which he did, was amazing and it looks like a Roman spa. he communicates well, shows up every day on time, works fast, cleans up the work area daily, had a reasonable pricing and a superior work. I highly recommend him and that's after 25 years of using other contractors.

Paul was professional. Came into our home to spackle and sand down some holes in our drywall; caulk the outside of our windows. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after completion. We liked him so much we are having him come back to pressure wash, paint and repair our pergola and back porch. Highly recommend Paul!
