He was a nice guy who seemed to be in a hurry to get back on the road. I asked him if I had a leak under my sink and he said there was no leak but on the bottom had a very large pool of water now I need to get someone else out here to fix it. He patched the holes in the wall and until it dries completely I will not know how it looks. He could not hang up my curtain rod because it was not quite long enough. I would most likely not have him come back to do any other work for me.

I flip houses for a living and I needed an extra pair of hands for the final 3 weeks of my last project. Valentin did everything I asked of him without any complaints and even told me some better ways to do some things. Some items I had him do were:

Ana, I'm so sorry for not being able to follow through with the TV installation. I had an emergency and wasn't able to do it. I can come next week when I have some time and I'll do it for free if you still want to.
