Introduction: I have more than 10yrs of professional experience training people from all levels from the most basic to elite athletes. 5Elements only uses the most advanced research to drive exercise programs in the least amount of time and investment. My clients typically lose 10-20lbs in the first month with a wholesome, rounded diet alone. No pills, no starvation/fasting/shake diets, no angry drill instructor-style coaching. Only good times, laughs and all the health/nutrition information you could ever use.

Michael is the best!! He listens to what you want and need. I hated working out and since working with him I have gained confidence in myself and a love for working out. His knowledge is outstanding and is able to answer every question I have about nutrition, any type of pain, and stretches to help the pain. His answers are always well thought out and thorough. One important factor for me was someone that was down to earth and normal. Michael is all of that. He is understanding, patient, and hilarious!! Always a plus. The exercise routines are hard, but he won't have me do anything I can't do. I have gone down 2 dress sizes and gained a ton of confidence! I can do things I never thought I could ever do!! Plus he is super fun and has ridiculous stories that keeps your mind pre-occupied. He truly is the best!! Couldn't do it without him.

I had a great experience. Michael was very easyoung to work with and extremely knowledgeable. With his guidance I was able to lose 30 pounds and couldn't be happier. I would definitely buy sessions from him again.

Michael is a dedicated trainer. He gives his all and expects the same from his clients. He showed me a new way to view food. So many things I had been taught as a child were actually harmful to my health. He gave me the tools to become healthy. In following his plan, I felt better and had more energy. Unfortunately, I was unable to keep following his plan entirely. I am presently back on track and hope to obtain good results. A lifetime of bad habits is hard to break but I feel that thanks to Michael, I will win the battle.
