Introduction: I cater to all your needs, from my very New Mexico inspired meals to aiding you in preparing your very custom menu. I will also do a drop-off service or provide serving of the meal.
Being from New Mexico, I love to provide some of the tastes that can be found in the county of Doña Ana. I grew up in the small town of Mesilla. Learning to cook from my grandparents and parents, I am able to share with you home cooked meals that I enjoyed growing to present. I am pleased to share a different style of Mexican food that can not be found in Southern California.

I have been at several events where Taste the Enchantment Catering has provided their services. Each event, the food has been excellent. Very flavorful. There was one event that he did the serving of the meals. He and his staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to my family and friends as well as hire him.

Sam catered for my daughters birthday, his service was exceptional and the taco bar was great. We fed everyone and had some left overs for later. So no worries about running out of food for your guests. I'd hire him again due to his service and willingness to work with me on a budget. I definitely recommend his great food and service.
