- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and get any information I might need; answer any questions you might have, then schedule a time to come out to your home or place of business. During repair I encourage you to ask me any questions you might have about your technology! I am a wealth of information, and am happy to share! Once servicing is complete, you sign the paperwork saying it has been completed and the 30-day quality guarantee starts.

I've always had a knack for computers since I was very young. I decided to make that my career path somewhere in middle school and started doing computer work out of home!
