- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have been charging an hourly fee for services depending on the type of work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin by finding out what the customer's needs and priorities are. What is important to them as we go through the process? After discussion, we make a plan based on those priorities and begin implementing it according to the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background has been in physical therapy with a 20 year focus on ergonomics. During that part of my career I evaluated work places from offices to factories and helped improve the layout to make the environment easier and safer to work in. I also provided training programs across the USA on ergonomic topics. Currently I am working to gain enough documented hours of organizing to apply for my Certified Professional Organizer designation. I hope to be able to do that soon!
