Introduction: Life has become so hectic, so stressful and so"man-made" I believe it's time to take a break. We don't need an expensive vacation to relax and get in touch with nature. All we need is to change a few different paths that are leading us in the unhealthiest direction. It's not only good for our mind but our body and immune system. Stress is a major contributing factor in chronic health disorders. So let's scale back just a bit and learn to enjoy the little things again.
I offer a number of services some of which you can do at the same time. This not only saves time and money but if you're doing some mindfulness at the same time as massage or aroma therapy you're going to get more benefit from it.
I absolutely love the work I do and I know it works because I used it myself. I have so much to give in regards to those out there who feel stuck and are ready to, or have given up because the doctors have exhausted all of their options.
