My router died and I couldn't use my computer, my tablet and my phone could only work by sucking up data. I contacted PC eRescue and we set up a time that day! He was very thorough and checked everything several times and found the problem. Yep, it was the router. He fixed the problem and I was able to use my devices again. What I liked is that he included me in his repair, asking me what I wished to do. He explained everything easily so I could understand and then was very efficient in fixing the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to us PC eRescue again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them.

PC eRescue helped find the cause of my computer problems and gave me a realistic price to fix the problem. I asked for the price of upgrading the computer instead and that is what I ended up doing. I am disabled and PC eRescue was kind enough to pick up and drop off my computer from my home. All computer work was completed within the time period given to me by PC eRescue. Full Stress Test analysis of my system to make sure it was not having the original problems that I needed fixing was also completed. When I realized that I was having a hard time accessing my old files, PC eRescue was quickly responsive and helped me to access those files. I would be happy to use their services again if I ran into a problem.
