Introduction: Elbethel Home is a home staging company with the goal of helping sellers present their home in the best light, so that the house makes a good impression in the marketplace. Staging will increase the market appeal of a property, quicken the sale process, ensure a higher sales price– and makes it easier for prospective buyers envision themselves living in and creating memories in the space. And because no family should be without a decent place to live, we donate a percentage of our proceeds to local homeless service agencies that provide temporary residences to individuals and families in need of shelter.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Elbethel Home will work with you to ensure that your investment is properly marketed to sell fast and at a higher price with a simple three-step staging process. • STEP 1: CONSULT- visit includes walk through of site, and in-depth discussion to ascertain staging needs, target market as well as budget and time frame estimates. We will also take before photos along with measurements of each space. • STEP 2: PROPOSAL- Finalize and present recommendations and requirements to best fit your staging needs. • STEP 3: STAGING DAY- provide home staging services at the property, including but not limited to furniture arrangement, organization, clutter elimination, and enhancement [optional with furnishings, accessories, and props rented by client] for the purposes of staging.
