Mitch Katz is a true IT guru who has kept my computers in perfect shape for years, both on site and via remote access. Years ago, when a hard drive crashed, he was able to retrieve more than 90% of the files. I have no idea how he pulled that one off, but it saved my life cuz he retrieved my documents and pictures..
