- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not a "one size fits all", "X per session" etc. Everything is based on transformation packages, customized and tailor-made to you - giving you everything you need, when you need it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first hop on the phone for a short conversation/phone consultation to see what the problem that you're having is. How long has it been going on? What things are associated with it? We really dig deep to find out what this problem has been costing you - physically, emotionally, financially, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an intensive certification training from the Advanced Institute for Neuro-Science and Education in Flushing, NY. Not to mention 15 years, 1000's of clients, and 10's of 1000's of real, hands-on EXPERT experience of helping people change their lives. THAT'S the real education and training. :)
