- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project has its own challenges, the only way to accurately price a project in the concrete business is to actually see the project site. I can give a price per square foot. However, if I have a system that can achieve the same result at less expense then we are not fulfilling our mission statement of integrity, transparency, and customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to contact the person by phone to visit the property and discuss the options, and systems do the project cost effectively. We measure the sight, tighten up the details, and create a proposal typically within the next business day,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have a combined 21 years of experience. We are certified Elitecrete Installers. This gives us a competetive edge because we use contemporary systems and take advantage of todays technology to cut product costs and the customers bottom line price reflects that. We don't do things the same way they did 20-30 yrs ago. It's not the same industry.
