Wow! What a GREAT experience! Peter and the team were referred to us by our realtor and we are so happy we took the referral because the entire process we learned so much! My agent told me the heating system was brand new. After hiring The Inspection boys they showed us the heating system was 20 years old and the air conditioning unit was permanently disconnected. We were able to renegotiate 15 grand lower.Thanks a lot

Our prices include free termite inspection. We have multiple inspectors on staff. We can do same day or next day inspections. Reports are always delivered within 24 hours.

We are with the customer from the beginning of the process to the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for the last 12 years. We dont just inspect homes. We are a licensed mold assessment company. We actively buy and flip homes. Our passion is real estate. The owner owns and operates a home inspection school. Everyone is required to have continueing education.
