Sebastien recently came to Nigeria for our empowerment conference, and his message, "None of These Things Move Me," had many of our attendees in tears. Sebastien's power is in his simplicity. He is passionate but not shouting, deep but not dense. We hope to have him again!

Mr. Braxton has outstanding communication skills! He has the ability to present complex topics in an engaging, motivating and clear way. When you hear him speak, he will keep your attention. You won't be tempted to play with your phone ... with the exception that you probably would want to tweet a quote of his presentation!

Sebastien Braxton has been one of my favorite presenters for years--and I don't say that lightly. He combines refreshing honesty with well-researched insight, a depth of thought that only comes from time, and a sincere desire for his audience to be be bettered by what he shares. His breadth of knowledge and experience is remarkable of someone his age, and yet he can still relate to people barely in their teens. There's also the fact that he's a riveting storyteller, complete with hilarious experiences and memorable lessons. Whether it's about finances, health, or spirituality, Sebastien's presentations are clear, profound, and effective.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I have new customers fill out the speaker request form on my website to get a general overview of their needs. Then I setup a phone call to discuss more in depth the specific goals of the event and measurable outcomes. I then share the direction I would like to go with my presentations so we can solidify what the experience will look and feel like. We have one last call immediately prior to the event to connect upon any last minute changes or developments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education and training in argumentation, debate, formal reasoning as well as finishing up my Master's Degree in Communication. I have been public speaking since I was 23 years old in churches, universities, hospitals, and businesses. I do have some vocational training through my Marine Corps training in public speaking and leadership.
