- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I have new customers fill out the speaker request form on my website to get a general overview of their needs. Then I setup a phone call to discuss more in depth the specific goals of the event and measurable outcomes. I then share the direction I would like to go with my presentations so we can solidify what the experience will look and feel like. We have one last call immediately prior to the event to connect upon any last minute changes or developments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education and training in argumentation, debate, formal reasoning as well as finishing up my Master's Degree in Communication. I have been public speaking since I was 23 years old in churches, universities, hospitals, and businesses. I do have some vocational training through my Marine Corps training in public speaking and leadership.
