- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give an accurate up front price, but occasionally we will have to increase that because the property is sometimes in worse condition than normal which requires more time and supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish client needs and expectations and follow through with a scheduled plan to meet that need or expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diverse background with certification as a nursing assistant and I have worked in office management. My cleaning experience comes from years of service at the Greenbrier Resort.
