What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are dependant on the job, travel expenses, post processing, amount of time, etc. You can see starting prices on my website, they usually change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I will have my customer describe the experience and outcome they are looking for to make sure I am the best fit for them. Then knowing what they are looking for, I would recommend a couple locations for them to choose from. Finally, we would set a date and time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year and a half mentoring under Fernando Hertzer, I was trained extensively in wedding, engagement and family photography and editing. Trevor Jolin also trained me to shoot luxury cars for 6 months. I am currently working with Evan Johnson to learn graphic design.
