Introduction: Hello! My name is Brittney and I am a 500 hour certified, registered and insured Yoga Teacher. Through my extensive training, I have studied many different forms of yoga and meditation. I have a passion for teaching Slow Flow classes, aimed at all-level yogis, opening the passage-way to grounding and self-reflection through guided meditation and gentle postures and breath work. In addition, I am certified in Restorative Yoga and Chair yoga. I have experience and training, as well, in children's, prenatal, and power yoga. Certified Reiki practitioner.
Yoga has been my passion for about 15 years. I came to yoga, originally to heal my body from childhood athletics. In turn, yoga healed my soul. My desire is to help people who come to yoga for the postures, or asanas, to see the benefits and to fall in love with yoga for what it can do to the mind, heart and soul. If we let it, yoga can infiltrate our whole beings- our whole lives. When we surrender to the practice, we allow ourselves to truly live our yoga.
