Friday night, my sewer backed up. I called some number and they said I would be hearing from a company. That company said they would be out Saturday morning at 11:00. Two teenagers showed up and snaked from the house to the street. They had to run it from the toilet now. Then I was told that they had to take off the toilet. ANYWAY to try and make this shorter, the owner said he would be here at 7, Sunday night, turned into 9. I had it, being handicapped and no toilet yet. I called this company. I spoke to Trevor, the owner, he could tell I was upset. To relax and he would have someone here Monday morning. Called me, told me Mike would be here in half an hour. He was here when I was told. Trevor and Mike were so patient with me. So cordial and spoke to me professionally. Mike came in and had the work done in hardly much time. These 2 gentlemen did more than the other company for HALF of what the other one had done. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever get in a jam like this again, I will be calling Trevor and Mike!
