Introduction: I strive to provide my clients with a pleasing photography experience, great images, a diverse product line and exceptional customer care. I have a variety of sessions available to suit any budget and will meet your scheduling needs with surprising ease. I try to make every session fun and relaxing so I can capture you in your truest form! I offer studio, at home lifestyle or outdoor natural light sessions. During your session, my goal is to create a stress free, enjoyable environment where you can have fun and be yourself while I capture timeless and unique images of you. I take a variety of candid and posed shots during your session and work mostly with natural light, in natural settings, where you can just be yourself and forget I’m there. I’ll be snapping away freely, capturing laughter, life, love, silliness, and pure joy. All you need to do is show up and have a great time! What I enjoy most about photography is creating lasting memories for my clients. A picture truly captures the essence of that very moment like nothing else does. Photographs will always stand the test of time and I feel so fortunate to do something I not only love but is also so meaningful to my clients.

My husband and I used Aubrey Brouk Photography for our wedding. Throughout my life I've considered myself very unphotogenic. I explained this to Aubrey, she was an incredible listener. Aubrey and her associate went out of their way to make me and my husband feel comfortable. While they were taking our pictures it felt like a mix between a comfortable date and a "model" photo shooting. They seldom prompted us for a picture. I actually forgot that they were there. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter if you are a nervous senior or a shy little 3 year old...my main goal is to make you feel comfortable during your session and to also have fun!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in photography, and in my youngest years it was always a hobby of mine. I started taking pictures for my high school yearbook my freshman year and shot my first wedding at only 16 years old! From there I was the editor of photography for my college paper at Southern Illinois University and was in charge of covering everything going on at the university from sports to assemblies! After college I started a career in sales and marketing and found that I never felt like I was truly following my passion. After building up my portrait photography buisiness, I took the leap of faith to leave my well paying corporate sales career to focus on my photography business full time and have been going strong ever since!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have photographed a small family of 3 to a large family of 30, a wedding party of 4 to a wedding party of 28, twins, triplets, athletes, models, newborns, seniors, children, boudoir, maternity, pets, headshots, and also local businesses...you name it! As you can imagine I have met some pretty amazing people along the way with a number of different personalities! That being said my main focus is to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and looking your very best so I can capture the true essence of what makes you....YOU!
