My dog had an accident on my new "special cleaning instructions" couch. After several calls to confused dry cleaners and expensive upholstery cleaners, I was introduced to Jim at Aim through Thumbtack. Jim reassured me he would be able to take care of the pet smell and the "special care" would not be an issue, all at a very reasonable price. My couch smells great and is better than new! I highly recommend Aim for upholstery cleaning, and if I ever need carpeting and/or air ducts cleaned, I will contact Aim!

Customer service was amazing. They were on time, polite and did an amazing job. Carpets have never been cleaned this good.

The crew from Aim was very professional an polite group. They arrived on time and did an excellent job on my carpet and uphostery. I would definitely recommend them and have them come again in the future!

Brandon did a great job on our carets. I had 3 rooms and steps. I thought they were long gone an was about to replace them. Not now. Great works and great company
