With all my experience, I can cook any cuisine that you are looking for. The good thing is that I am a small business and I can afford to put the time and effort needed to give a great quality product. I would say that 98% of my menu is from scratch. I make my own dinner rolls, pasta, sauces, dressings, etc.

Chef Thomas gave my husband a cooking lesson. It turned out great. My husband avoids the kitchen, but with Chef Thomas help he is looking forward to his next cooking lesson. 2017 is looking great for me. I can get out of the kitchen and my husband can stay in it.
