Introduction: We are a full service mental health counseling center in Flat Rock. We work with adults, adolescents, and children. Our therapists can help with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, marriage, family and relational problems, ADD, and anger management. I find immense satisfaction In seeing the positive changes and emotional healing that takes place in the lives of those who come to Wounded Heart.

We could not have asked for a better experience while counseling with Jeff. My husband & I had individual sessions as well as joint sessions with Jeff. He is insightful, honest, & has integrity. He has helped us heal wounds from our past & present. He also has helped equip us with the necessary tools to break cycles which were destructive to ourselves & the ones we love. Jeff has many resource tools that are available to help each individual for their specific situation. Our marriage is healed & healthy. But most important are these what we call "life tools" that we have been given to help us for the future trials in life that we know we will face. Thank you Jeff. Bob & Dawn

After going through a traumatic adoption experience I was left feeling guilty, abandoned, and empty. Dr. Caldwell helped me work through those feelings and experience the love of God in a very real way. I am forever thankful for how God used and is using him to bring about God's glory in my life!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield but also offer a sliding scale fee for those who cannot use their insurance. The sliding scale is based on gross annual household income. We do not ask for any documentation and the scale ranges from $50 to $80 per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do an intake assessment at our initial session. From there we will develop a treatment plan specifically designed for the needs of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree and Doctorate in Counseling and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor.
