I am offering free home inspections with a paid radon test for a limited time only for my clients in NC and SC. I offer Radon testing services for home, business, or school. I am a certified professional inspector through InterNACHI NACHI18082308. We conduct home inspections and radon testing.
Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer for non-smokers. It is also the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking. The EPA recommends testing of homes to determine levels of this odorless, colorless, and tasteless gas.
I am now providing RecallChek with every inspection that I perform at no cost to the customer. This is a report that lets the client know if there are any recalls on the appliances in the home. If there is a Recall, it’s usually a safety hazard of some sort. But the good news for the customer is if we do find a recalled appliance, by law that is a FREE in-home repair from the manufacture.
I participate in the InterNACHI program buy back guarantee. If I miss anything during the inspection InterNACHI will purchase the home for the full purchase price (restrictions and limitations apply). I also provide a free warranty to my customers for roofs. A 90 day warranty. A 120-day warranty for sellers with a pre-sale inspection. These all come at no cost to the client.
