- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job type, if its a problem that involves troubleshooting and testing of equipment would be an hourly rate plus any and all materials if any needed for the job to be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go and meet with the customer/ home owner at wherever the electrical job needs to be done at. Greet myself and get to know the customer and let them get to know myself a little. Go over the job in detail by asking questions and giving ideas and suggestions to best fit the task at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have many electrical licenses and over 20 hours of training, 40 plus hours of OSHA safety training. Vocational schooling of 4 years. As well as college courses that involve electrical programs.
