- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PRIVATE PAINT. SIP. EATS. Our paint. sip. eats begin at $550. This covers up to 10 people. Each additional person is $25. All painting materials are included along with 1 plated meal (choose between Lively Latin, Savory Southern or Vibrant Vegetarian) and 1 beverage per guest. If parties go beyond 15 people we will discuss the pricing and accommodation for your group. CHILDREN ART PARTIES The basic cost is: $450 for up to 10 people (including the host), after that it's $25/person. To secure the art party, the host must pay the total cost in full, at least 5 days prior to the party date. ALL PARTIES are held on the weekend. Please call before purchasing, to make certain that the date is available CORPORATE PAINT. SIP. EAT. TEAM BUILDERS Contact us for pricing. ALL PARTIES INCLUDE 2-3 banquet tables + 10-15 chairs | floor liners | easels | paint | (adult & corporate paint. sip. eats will also include 1 plated meal + 1 beverage) CANCELLATION POLICY: To secure the art party, the host must pay the total cost in full, at least 5 days prior to the party date. If life happens and the host must cancel, notice through form of email, will be refunded the amount paid in advance minus a cancellation fee of $50. If life happens and the host must cancel and provides notice through the form of an email, at least 3 days before the party date, the host will be refunded the amount paid in advance minus a cancellation fee of $50. If life does happen and the hosts doesn't make the cancellation cut off time, then we will reschedule the party at another time that works for you and the ATS. The money paid, will be applied to the rescheduled date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Video consultation (RPM - Results of the event you want, Purpose - why you want this type of event, why does it matter? and Massive Action Plan - we put together steps that must be done in order to complete the event. Logistics. Confirm, block and schedule event Payment Delivery. We like to arrive 2 hours ahead of schedule for setup because in our experience people usually come early and we want to be set to greet them upon their arrival. It takes the party to another level of professionalism. :)

Masters of Art in Teaching Art Education with emphasis on Curriculum Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore, MD 2007 Bachelors of Art in Studio Art and History, dual degree from Spelman College, Atlanta GA 2004
